The Oakraven Field Centre is primarily a self catering venue, but catering can be provided with prior arrangement. Below are a few available options (with price per head) based on feeding groups of a minimum of 30 people.

Full Weekend catering (£26)

Friday evening: Burgers/hotdogs, Homemade coleslaw, potato wedges mixed salad

Sat Breakfast: Full English or fruity porridge.

Sat Lunch: A selection of sandwiches, nuts, tortilla chips, fruit. Homemade soup and bread.

Sat dinner: A hot dish such as a casserole or a roast loin of pork & stuffing with a vegetarian alternative, potatoes of the day & vegetables (all fresh & home produced), crusty bread & a simple dessert such as a crumble with a custard sauce.

Sunday Breakfast: bacon & egg in a floured bap or fruity porridge

Tea and coffee included.

A Medieval Banquet (from £24)

Menu & cost can be varied with number of courses and numbers of people, but below is provided a basic sample menu for 30 people:

Homemade chicken liver & redcurrant pate or Homemade Mushroom & garlic pate (V) with crostini bread, rocket and a balsamic dressing

Pork, apple & cider casserole

Mixed bean Ragu, with garlic & thyme roasted new potatoes & a medley of seasonal vegetables

Classic lemon torte with chantilly cream

Petit fours & coffee

Catering is subject to availability.  Catering must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Where possible all ingredients will be fresh & locally sourced, all dishes will be home produced to a high standard.
